    WHO WE ARE

Experience the comfort and serenity of Knowles Mercy Spirituality Center.

Knowles Mercy Spirituality Center is a peaceful, welcoming space for adult individuals and groups seeking time away to nurture their spirits.

Dedicated in 1987 for the purpose of providing retreats and spirituality enrichment, the Center is located just west of Omaha, Nebraska. Nestled on twenty-five acres of meadow and woodlands on the banks of the Platte River, the grounds include maintained walking paths, benches for contemplative sitting, and a spring-fed pond. In addition, trees, shrubs, and flowers—both wild and domestic—as well as a variety of birds and small animals are at home on the property. The land around the Center is enhanced through the ecological vision of the Mercy Earth Project. You will find the following outdoor elements that provide areas for quiet reflection or small group gatherings…two meditation decks, an outdoor sanctuary, and an 80 foot outdoor Chartres labyrinth. The Center is easily accessible from both Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. At the Center, individuals and small groups can find rest and relaxation, sacred space for retreat and nurturing resources for their spirits. We invite you to watch a 13 1/2 minute video about the Center by clicking on About Us Video.
